AmeriCU Mortgage has a wide variety of mortgage programs available to help you get the loan that best fits your needs. We offer FHA, conventional, Federal VA, and State VA loans, with terms ranging from 10 to 30 years. Whether you are purchasing a home or refinancing to get a lower rate or to consolidate bills I can help. The FHA loan is an excellent loan program for a first time buyer, as it only requires 3.5% down payment. However, the FHA loan program is not limited to first time buyers, and can also be used when refinancing. Many lenders and banks do not offer FHA loans, but at AmeriCU we specialize in them.

Biography:

• Married to Terree for 28 years and we have one son Vince, age 27
• Grew up in Racine, and graduated from Racine Horlick High School in May of 1980
• BBA degree with a finance major from UW-Whitewater, graduating in August of 1984
• I have 18 years of experience in mortgage lending with ITT Financial Services, Transamerica Financial Services, North Shore Bank, Central States Mortgage and now, AmeriCU Mortgage
